Stitches West Wrap Up Laura
The Viking Hats were one of my favorite and unexpected things about the Stitches weekend.
I love things that work on multiple levels. I am proud of Sarah’s creativity and happy others recognized it. I loved watching everyone’s reaction (really everybody!) as they walked by the booth and said “Oh look, how cute!” Not only did people stop to visit us to see the hats but they all had a smile on their face because of them. The baby hats sold out twice. Good sales are nice, but happy customers are priceless.
Invasion of the Baby Viking Sarah
I decided it was about time for Measure to try on a Bella baby viking hat and do a little modeling. I still haven't gotten quite the shots I'm hoping for, but I thought this one was pretty cute.
BTW, I just noticed that Knit and Tonic Wendy finished her Bella Peek-A-Boo scarf -- too cute!

Measure and Gwyneth (Ingrid's little one -- born just five days after Measure!) got together for a little photoshoot. They look like grumpy little sleeping gnomes! Gwyneth is, of course, an adorable miniature Brunhilde, and Measure is a wee Viking. More photos on my Flickr page.
